Do not misuse the service
Do not attempt unauthorized access, evade controls, probe or disrupt availability, introduce harmful code, impersonate another person, automate abusive submissions, scrape at scale, or use public channels for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful activity.
Keep clinical information out
Do not submit patient names, health information, recordings, clinical reports, credentials, or other clinical material through marketing enquiries, public email, or other public contact routes.
Protect other people
Do not submit another person's contact details unless you are entitled to do so. Do not harass, threaten, discriminate against, exploit, or mislead Healhab, clinic staff, families, or other users.
Response to misuse
Healhab may block, limit, investigate, retain relevant security records, or report activity where reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, or others, or to respond to an applicable obligation.
Abuse and security reports
Report suspected abuse or a security concern to Healhab's founding team. Include only the information needed to explain the issue and do not include clinical information. The team aims to respond within 30 days; urgent triage may occur sooner, but no emergency response is promised.
