Questions clinic owners ask.
Will therapists actually use it?
Healhab follows the work therapists already do: open the session, capture feedback, review the summary, and complete the record. A walkthrough can start with one workflow before the clinic expands its use.
What can families see?
Only information the clinic permits. Families can see linked patients, visits, public therapist details, reviewed session updates, and published documents through the Family Portal.
Does Healhab send WhatsApp reminders?
Where WhatsApp is configured, Healhab can send eligible session reminders and schedule updates. Recurring reminder batches remain reviewable by clinic staff.
Will AI publish clinical content?
No. AI assistance prepares editable proposals where configured. A permitted clinician reviews the work, and publication remains a separate action.
Does Healhab replace a hospital or billing system?
No. Healhab is focused on rehabilitation clinic operations, therapist-owned documentation, reviewed reports, and family visibility. Patient billing, payroll, pharmacy, insurance, and hospital administration are outside the current product.
