AI assists. Clinicians decide.

Where configured, AI may prepare editable content from selected evidence. A clinician reviews it before publication.

Representative workflow using synthetic clinic information.

Separate processing from decisions.

Extraction and transcription prepare source material. An AI proposal is a separate step. Neither is a clinical decision.

Treat every proposal as editable.

A proposal can be incomplete or wrong. The clinician compares it with its source, then edits, rejects, or confirms it.

  1. Source

    Available evidence stays identifiable.

  2. Proposal

Processing or AI may prepare material.

  3. Clinician review

A person compares, edits, rejects, or confirms.

  4. Publish

An authorized person makes the final action explicit.

Keep review and publication human-led.

Only a permitted clinician decides what becomes dependable clinical information. Publication requires a separate authorized action.

Set a clear AI boundary.

  • AI does not diagnose, score, choose treatment, reach clinical conclusions, clinically approve, or publish on its own.

Govern providers and retention.

Provider selection and retention are governed product decisions. The current high-level provider role is disclosed; region, training use, and exact retention details are not stated until approved.

Keep the explanation current.
