What the price means.

Can I sign up or pay online?

You can start the Free plan yourself with a Google account. Paid plans are activated by healhab after an upgrade request, and billing is handled directly with healhab. There is no online payment: this page does not create a subscription or collect a payment.

What happens at a Free plan limit?

Request an upgrade from inside healhab. healhab confirms the plan with you and activates it. Nothing upgrades or charges automatically.

Is Family Portal an add-on?

No. Family Portal is included in every paid clinic offer, with no per-family-member fee. It is not part of the Free plan. Access is still controlled by the clinic.

Is patient billing included?

Yes. Patient wallets, session bills, itemized manual bills, adjustments, refunds, branded bill PDFs, and the money overview are part of the plan and are enabled for the clinic during setup. healhab records money the clinic has received; online payment collection, tax invoicing, payroll, insurance, and accounting exports remain outside the product.

Are there other usage costs?

Applicable taxes and usage from external providers may be additional where relevant. AI and WhatsApp availability also depends on clinic configuration and agreed limits; confirm the exact setup before activation.
