Is Family Portal an add-on?

No. Family Portal is included in every listed clinic offer, with no per-family-member fee. Access is still controlled by the clinic.

Can I pay or activate online?

Not yet. Onboarding, plan confirmation, and billing are currently handled manually with Healhab. This page does not create a subscription or collect a payment.

Are patient billing and collections included?

No. These prices cover the Healhab clinic subscription. Patient invoicing, collections, payroll, insurance, and accounting remain outside the current product.

Are there other usage costs?

Applicable taxes and usage from external providers may be additional where relevant. AI and WhatsApp availability also depends on clinic configuration and agreed limits; confirm the exact setup before activation.
