Start with the patient wallet.
Each patient has one wallet in rupees. The front desk records money the clinic has already received, by whatever means the clinic accepts, and every entry lands in a ledger that is written once and kept.

The bill is created with the session.
When a payable session is created, its bill is created with it at the clinic's current price for that service. When the session is completed, available wallet money settles the bill automatically. If the wallet is short, the session still completes and the bill stays open.

Open any bill and generate a PDF with the clinic's report header and footer. Preview it, download it, or print it. Need a bill that is not tied to a session? Start from the standard bill form, add as many lines as you need, and watch the total calculate.

Price by service. Adjust by patient.
Set a therapy-session price and an assessment price for every service the clinic offers. Give a patient their own price where the clinic agrees one, including an explicit zero. New work takes the patient price first, then the clinic price. Bills already created keep their price; corrections are recorded as adjustments, never overwritten.
Know what was earned, collected, and owed.
The Billing overview separates the figures owners most often confuse: gross and net revenue, collections, bill refunds, outstanding dues, and patient money still held in wallets. Month controls keep every figure comparable: today, this month, last month, the last 30 days, or a custom range.

Analytics shows completed, scheduled, cancelled, and no-show sessions, the daily session trend, service mix, specialist load, and new and active patients for the chosen period. Financial figures stay on the Billing screen, and both follow the same permissions.

Money actions match responsibility.
Finance permissions are delegated deliberately. The Clinic Owner preset sees everything, the Care coordinator preset carries front-desk wallet and bill actions, and specialists are excluded by default. Every price change and money action is audited without storing card details or patient narrative.
