Essential storage
The site stores a versioned consent choice so it can respect your preferences. Essential storage supports the site's operation and is not used for advertising. Sanitized campaign attribution, when present, remains in session storage for the browser session.
Optional measurement
Google Tag Manager and configured tags, Microsoft Clarity, and New Relic Browser may be enabled after you accept optional measurement and only when Healhab has configured the provider. Rejecting optional measurement does not block public content or enquiry submission.
Optional public support chat
The first-party Chat with us button does not contact Tawk.to. Tawk.to loads only after you open the disclosure and choose Continue to chat. Healhab stores that versioned chat choice in local browser storage. Once activated, Tawk.to may use cookies and local or session storage for visitor and session continuity and may process chat content plus technical browser, device, page, referrer, network, and approximate-location data. Do not use chat for patient, health, credential, file, or emergency information.
What optional providers receive
Healhab's governed measurement adapter permits coded route, action, workflow, environment, release, and broad failure information; it does not permit form values, health information, credentials, or free-text enquiry content. Tawk.to separately receives only the chat content and contact details you choose to enter after activation, together with provider-generated technical and continuity data. Healhab does not populate the chat from forms or authenticated accounts.
How long choices and provider data remain
The site's separate measurement and live-chat choices remain until you withdraw them, clear browser storage, or the applicable consent version changes. Healhab has not adopted one fixed retention period for all optional provider data; actual duration follows provider configuration and any later deletion action.
Change your choice
Use Cookie preferences in the footer to review or withdraw optional measurement. Use Chat preferences to disable future Tawk.to loading and disconnect the active widget. Withdrawal does not automatically erase information already held by a provider; you may submit a privacy request for further help.
