Yes. Physiotherapy services, prices, and therapists are configured during setup. healhab does not ship built-in physiotherapy templates today; clinics author their own assessment and progress documents in Template Studio.
Does healhab handle physiotherapy billing?
healhab creates a bill with each payable session at the current service price, settles it from the patient's wallet on completion, and produces branded bill PDFs. It does not collect online payments or file insurance claims.
Can I create my own physiotherapy templates?
Yes. Template Studio supports prompts, tables, callouts, images, and smart variables such as patient details and the therapist's signature. Templates are drafted, published, and versioned.
Does healhab's AI diagnose or score patients?
No. Where AI assistance is configured, it prepares an editable proposal from the evidence a clinician selects. It does not diagnose, score standardized instruments, or approve clinical content. A permitted clinician reviews every proposal, and publishing is a separate, deliberate action.
Can families see drafts or therapist notes?
No. The Family Portal shows clinic-granted, reviewed and published information only: visits, the care team, reviewed session updates, and published documents. Drafts and internal notes never appear.
Does healhab collect payments online?
No. healhab records money the clinic has already received in each patient's wallet, settles session bills on completion, and produces branded bill PDFs. It does not run a payment gateway, tax invoicing, insurance claims, or payroll.
