Your formats, your templates.
Bring the clinic's own report formats into the Template Studio: headings, prompts, tables, and smart variables such as the patient's name or therapy. Attach up to three sample reports or describe the format, and AI proposes the structure for you to edit; it leaves fields empty, copies no patient content, and does not keep the samples. Publish a template version, tag it to a service, and every new report starts from it. Earlier reports, referral letters, and scans live in the patient's private Documents tab.
